  Debra has always had a great love for chocolate. She cannot think of a better tasting food!

Her chocolate making career began during her teenage years. At a local shopping mall Debra witnessed a chocolate making demonstration. She became so enthralled observing and tasting that before she knew it several hours passed by. Debra found herself leaving this experience with molds and a bag of chocolate in hand. Her chocolate making passion had been ignited.

  Debra’s chocolate making was set aside for a few years as she pursed another passion, fastball. She played NCAA fastball in Texas for Baylor University. After returning to Canada and getting married, Debra, as a stay at home Mom found the time to renew her chocolate passion. She tirelessly researched and experimented with chocolate always with penchant for achieving the highest quality and presentation. Her knowledge and skill grew rapidly. Debra brought in the freshest ingredients and sumptuous creations sold often to friends in   the beginning. The quantity of her orders increased so that Christmas became a chaotic time in the Fleck household.

Her passion has not slowed down leading her to launch Epiphanie Chocolate where her creations will now appear at the finest restaurants in Calgary. Her chocolate is set apart with its uncompromising dedication to using the highest quality ingredients for a truly memorable chocolate experience.
